Learning can be fun if you have the right books to teach you. I have compiled a list of some of my favorite business books for you on all things business, motivation, marketing and more. I know business books aren’t for everyone (don’t worry there is a section on the blog for other books too!) but for those of you looking for a read in the business aspect these were a few that helped me along the way.
- I have a special place in my heart for Seth Godin books. I began reading these a couple years back and the way he writes makes the reading easy and sound like someone you are having a conversation with. He reminders us to tell STORIES, not just market what you think you are trying to sell. This is one of his newer books and it is great in learning how to speak to your target audience and find your tribe.

- Business mogul is Gary Vaynerchuk is known for telling it like it is. His books and stories are all about showing you to serve before you ask your customers to purchase from you. The goal is to give great things in order to grow the following and sales of your business and products.

- Brendon Burchard has created the book High Performance Habits dedicated to six habits he has found that lead to being more successful as a person. Whether that is in business or personal life you can apply these habits to give you a road map of creating the life you want more efficiently.
- Brendan Kane’s book One Million Followers is all about how you can build a true following on social media and the steps he took to achieve just that. He talks about how to create personal content that is relevant to your desired followers and how to engage with them creating an authentic connection.
- Allan Dib’s book The 1-Page Marketing Plan is a great read if you want to learn how to stand out from the rest of the competition. This is a great start if you want to learn how to build out an actual marketing plan that will help you grow your business with an actual plan in mind. This is a great run down of how marketing can work for your business if you plan it out correctly.
- Robert Cialdini’s book Influence – The Psychology if Persuasion is a great read. If you want to understand the psychology behind why people say yes and are persuaded into things, such as making a purchase, this book is for you. Cialdini talks about the various principles of persuasion in his book that elaborate further on just why people are influenced by things in life. This book is a great read for someone looking at the sales aspect of business as well as further understanding a consumers mind.
