The Three Instincts
We each have a form of the three instincts. Those of which fall under the self-preservation instinct, sexual instinct and social instinct. The self preservation instinct is all about preserving ones body for life and to function. The sexual instinct is in relation to the environment and over generations. The social instinct is used to form bonds with others.
Out of the three instincts one of them is our dominate, second and third. The third is our least developed instinct and we should be working towards developing this more to become more whole. The second is used in support of the dominate instinct and is more developed than the third. The dominant instinct is the one that we are most attuned to and comfortable with. We spend most of our time focused on these actions and behaviors.
